Medieval dungeon music. Having gone through quite a few listens with this album it seems to me someone has sunk into the mid nineties back-catalogue of Cold Meat Industry and refuses to be saved from the vortex of heavy keyboards, fuzzy guitars and harrowing screams.
This is ambient black metal and on his second album Nachtzeit, the mastermind behind Lustre, shows his appreciation of all things keyboardist and his affection for the nature. He does well in creating an album that comes close to rival Burzum at it's most atmospheric.
By no means a carbon copy of any sorts, "A Glimpse of Glory" holds it's own and will be put on the player frequently by the aficionados of atmospheric black arts.
